READ THESE TERMS BEFORE REQUESTING A QUOTE.

These terms summarize the current website information. TBC will confirm the specific project scope, location, schedule, and pricing before a final quote is provided. This page does not replace any project-specific written agreement.

01 · Estimates & Pricing

INSTANT QUOTES ARE ESTIMATES.

The instant quote calculator provides an estimate based on the selections entered. It is not a final project contract or a guarantee of availability, scope, timing, or final pricing.

TBC reviews the project location, selections, current material pricing, site conditions, and project scope before confirming a final quote. Prices may change with or without notice as materials fluctuate.

02 · Taxes & Dirt Work

SITE WORK DETAILS MATTER.

The calculator’s displayed estimated total includes estimated taxes and an $800 dirt-work allowance for pad work only, up to 8 hours. The displayed estimate is reviewed with TBC before a final quote is confirmed.

Dirt work does not include fill dirt. Fill dirt is at the homeowner’s expense.

03 · Location & Travel

LOCATION IS PART OF THE QUOTE.

TBC serves projects in Oklahoma only. The instant quote calculator verifies the project address before sending a quote. For addresses outside Oklahoma, the calculator will explain that TBC does not travel out of state at this time.

TBC does not charge a travel fee within 40 miles of Newcastle. For projects beyond the local area, TBC reviews the driving route from Newcastle: routes of about one hour or less do not receive an estimated travel fee; routes of about 1½ hours or more add an estimated $2,000 for a 30×40 or smaller building, or $4,000 for a 30×45 or larger building. Exact travel can vary slightly by route and is confirmed by TBC before a final quote.

For basic turnkey barndominiums specifically, the posted starting price increases by $25 per square foot for projects located more than 40 miles from Oklahoma City.

04 · Scope & Confirmation

THE FINAL QUOTE CONFIRMS THE WORK.

A final quote confirms the project-specific scope, selections, location considerations, schedule, and current pricing. The customer and TBC should review those details together before work is scheduled.

Website descriptions, gallery photos, and standard-inclusion lists are general information. They do not replace the project-specific details confirmed with TBC.

05 · Financing

FINANCING STAYS WITH THE PROVIDER.

TBC is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Financing applications and financial information are handled on the independent provider’s secure website, not on the TBC website.

Rates, approval, loan amounts, availability, and final repayment terms are determined by the financing provider. Customers should review the provider’s current information before applying.

06 · Communications

QUOTE FOLLOW-UP & EMAILS.

To receive an instant quote by email, customers provide the contact and project details requested by the calculator and agree to receive the requested quote and occasional marketing emails. Customers can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

TBC uses submitted contact and project information to respond to the request, review location-based considerations, and follow up about the proposed project.
